DOJ Official Suggests Jill Biden Could Face Charges
Last weekend, it was revealed that the former president, Joe Biden, had been diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer.
The news sparked various reactions—some offered sympathy to the Biden family, while others speculated that the diagnosis had been known for some time and kept from the public intentionally.
In response to a post by Ian Jaeger on Monday, Terrell, who serves as a senior counselor to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, raised the possibility of elder abuse charges.
Jaeger, a political commentator, directly claimed that Jill Biden “knew about President Biden’s health problems… but still wanted him to run for president.” Terrell then posted, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??” on X.
Biden’s office confirmed that the former president and his family are now “reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
The diagnosis, which came after a routine physical checkup, revealed that Biden’s prostate cancer has a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) and has spread to the bone.
However, the cancer is hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective treatment, the office explained.
